I offer online psychological counseling via video conference.
For these sessions, I use the privacy-friendly service fairmeeting.
The protection of your personal data is very important to me.
Below, I provide transparent information about what data is processed, how it is used, and what rights you have as a client.
Data Collected
For conducting online counseling, I only collect the data necessary for scheduling an appointment and for the counseling itself:
• Your name and email address, as well as any other voluntary information you provide when scheduling an appointment.
• Your name within the video conference, which is visible during the session.
Data Processing
• The video conference takes place on servers within the EU.
• No recordings of the sessions are made.
• There is no tracking, and your data is not shared with third parties.
Data Minimization
• I will lock the video room as soon as all participants have joined.
• A new, individual room will be created for each session.
• Only the data necessary for the consultation will be collected.
Consent to Online Consultation
Before the first online session, I require your written consent.
This consent will inform you about the use of the video conference, potential risks, and your rights.
This consent applies to all subsequent sessions unless you revoke it.
Without this consent, the consultation cannot take place.
Email Contact and Appointment Scheduling
If you send me an inquiry or appointment request via email, the data you provide will be used exclusively for processing your inquiry and scheduling an appointment.
It will not be shared with third parties.
Your Rights as a Client
You have the right at any time to:
• Revoke your consent to participate in the online consultation.
• To receive information about the personal data stored about me.
• To request the correction or deletion of your data.
